Phanes Bot

By using Phanes Bot ('the Bot') on Telegram and Discord platforms (collectively, 'the Platforms'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Bot.

1. 2.1.You must comply with the Platforms' terms of service when using the Bot.
2. 2.2.You are responsible for all actions taken through your use of the Bot.

1. 5.1.We reserve the right to limit or restrict Bot usage for any user or group at our discretion.

3. 5.3.Users must comply with all implemented rate limits. Failure to respect these limits or attempts to circumvent them may result in temporary or permanent blacklisting from using the Bot.
4. 5.4.The use of userbots, automated scripts, or any other means to interact with Phanes Bot in an automated way is prohibited.

1. 6.1.The Bot and associated wallet functionality are provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied.
2. 6.2.We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Bot, its wallet functionality, or reliance on its information.
3. 6.3.We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds or cryptocurrency assets.
4. 6.4.You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using cryptocurrency wallets and services.
5. 6.5.The Bot will strive to ensure accuracy of information, although it will not hold any responsibility for any missing or wrong information.
6. 6.6.You understand that you are using any and all information available here at your own risk.

1. 7.1.Some Bot features may require a paid subscription.
2. 7.2.Subscription payments are non-refundable.
3. 7.3.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services at any time.
4. 7.4.Subscription fees are subject to change. Changes will be communicated through the Bot or associated platforms.

1. 8.1.The Bot offers a Solana and ERC20 wallet functionality for subscription payments only.
2. 8.2.You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any associated private keys or credentials.
3. 8.3.We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of the wallet functionality.
4. 8.4.You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using cryptocurrency wallets, including but not limited to:
   • •Potential loss of funds due to user error, software bugs, or security breaches
   • •Fluctuations in cryptocurrency value
   • •Irreversibility of transactions
   • •Potential delays or failures in transaction processing
5. 8.5.We strongly recommend you do not store large amounts of cryptocurrency in the Bot's wallet and use it primarily for subscription payments and small transactions.
6. 8.6.You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the wallet functionality.

1. 9.1.All advertisements displayed through the Bot may be unfiltered and unmoderated.
2. 9.2.Users are advised to conduct their own research (DYOR) before investing in any displayed projects, as there may be risks involved, including but not limited to potential scams or rug pulls.
3. 9.3.The Bot is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the actions of advertised projects.
4. 9.4.Payment for advertisements is non-refundable.
5. 9.5.We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement at our discretion.
6. 9.6.If an advertisement is discovered to be a scam, it will be cancelled and not refunded.
7. 9.7.Advertisement prices are not fixed and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

1. 10.1.We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. 10.2.Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
